Periodontal (gum) disease has also been mentioned in articles on pancreatic cancer, gastric ulcers, and Alzheimer’s disease. For years dentists’ focus has been on saving a patient’s teeth and restoring the form and function of the masticatory system. Now the focus must include the salvation of the patient’s life.’

Dr Dick has extensive continuing education and certifications, has attended over 5000 hours of continuing dentist education since starting practice, and over 200 hours during the past twelve months alone.
