Geotechnology, Inc.– a leading provider of geotechnical and environmental engineering, materials testing, geophysics and drilling services–announced today that it has purchased substantially all of the assets of Hall, Blake & Associates (HBA), a geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing and drilling firm based in Memphis, TN.

With this growth, Geotechnology has an opportunity to expand services in the Memphis area through the three service lines both companies already share, as well as the environmental, geophysical and non-destructive testing capabilities Geotechnology can add.
