HOG WILD uses the choicest cuts of meats and the freshest ingredients available to create world-class barbeque. Our meats are cooked long and slow over indirect heat using a combination of hickory wood and charcoal. Each pork shoulder is pulled by hand, true to Memphis tradition.
From the "backyard to the boardroom" -- HOG WILD & A Moveable Feast caters anyplace, anytime and for groups of any size. Family picnics, corporate functions, holiday gatherings, tailgates and birthday parties are all great occasions for HOG WILD & A Moveable Feast catering companies.
