The Shot Nurse is an Immunization & Wellness Service dedicated to the well being of mid-southerners in the Memphis & Tri-state area. Our team of nurses provide convenient wellness services that prevent disease and improve one's quality of life. Our goal is to provide nursing services to the community and companies who occasionally need a nurse. These services include all imunizations or boosters needed for work, school, travel, and everyday health; lab work; TB Skin tests and Vitamin B12 Shots. Our extended fall hours - 6pm Monday - Friday - are now in effect to make getting your flu shot even more convenient! CLOSING EARLY WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 24TH AT 4P FOR THANKSGIVING. WILL REOPEN SATURDAY THE 27TH. Office Hours Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm OPEN EVERY SATURDAY at our POPLAR AVENUE AND SADDLE CREEK OFFICES from 10am to 2pm. (No lab services available on Saturdays) In network for most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and United Healthcare. We accept most Medicare part D plans for Zostavax only.
