Ourobjective is to be patterned after the teaching God has revealed in the New Testament. We are a congregation with no head but Christ (Ephesians 5:23) and no creed but His Word as revealed in the Bible (Galatians 1:8-9). In coming together, we strive to encourage one another to love and good works (Hebrews 10:24-25). We are independent from any other group, but we desire a unity of faith with all those everywhere who walk in the light as He is in the light (I John 1:7). We want to draw closer to each other, to you, and to the Lord. Our aim is to glorify God by exalting Christ in our lives and by teaching others as we humbly serve Him.

Church Street has openings for a full-time pulpit minister and youth minister to help spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. Established in 1837, Church Street currently has 450 -500 in attendance. Candidates should be sound doctrinally, experience as a full-time minister and be able to function in a team environment with other ministers.
