Since 1996, Center of Balance has been helping Cookeville relax. We currently have eight licensed therapists, practicing a wide variety of bodywork styles and techniques, including:

Therapeutic Massage (ranging from extremely gentle to extremely deep tissue, depending on your preference and the therapist you choose)
Craniosacral Therapy (Upledger techniques)

When you call, our staff is friendly and experienced and more than happy to help you choose the right type of therapy and the therapist who best suits your needs and your schedule. So whether you need to relax and de-stress, whether you have specific aches and pains to be addressed, or whether you just want to pamper yourself, we have what you're looking for!
Center of Balance is located at 120 West 1st Street, which is on 1st, between Cedar and Oak Streets. We're next door to India Palace Restaurant and across the street from Putnam Printing. We're just a block from the Depot Museum and three blocks south from the Cookeville Regional Medical Center, right in downtown Cookeville.
Our receptionist is usually available from 10-5 Monday through Friday to take your calls, answer questions, and book an appointment for you. Sessions are generally available by appointment from 9am until 7pm Monday through Friday, and until 5pm on Saturdays. However, each therapist has unique hours and days of availability.
Our rates range from $40 for a half-hour massage to $260 for a 2-hour Couples' Hot Riverstone Massage, with lots to choose from in between. And yes, we do offer gift certificates - the perfect way to show someone you care.
