Proof of the following vaccinations are required for Boarding, grooming, and Training;

Puppies and Kittens must have at least two sets of DHPPC for Puppies & FVRCP for Kittens.
You can bring proof of shots upon arrival or we can call your Vet to verify or you can have your Vet fax the shot records to us at 931-537-2275.
If your pet is presented for any service and found to have fleas or ticks, it will be treated at the owners expense.
