Your pet is a special part of your family and deserves the highest quality care. A healthy, happy pet adds an invaluable aspect to your home. Eastview Veterinary Clinic treats animals and their owners with endless amounts of kindness, respect and love.
Weve been caring for animals in the Clarksville area for more than 35 years. Our longevity is due to our veterinarians expertise, friendly, professional staff and a myriad of services that make going to the vet a breeze. We offer basic services as well as specialty services like dentistry, radiology and orthopedic surgeries. Our in-house lab and 24-hour emergency services mean your pets health is always in the best hands.

Eastview Veterinary Clinic accepts walk-ins, but we require appointments for non-emergency surgeries.

Eastview Veterinary Clinic understands that going to the vet can be a nerve-wracking experience for some animals (other pets love to visit!) so we aim to make the appointment easy and efficient. In addition to forming bonds with each of our patients, we provide many in-house basic and specialty services so your furry or feathery friend doesnt have to make multiple trips to multiple doctors. We find this makes owners just as happy as pets! We have four veterinarians on staff.

We also know that accidents, sickness and traumatic injuries dont always happen during regular business hours, so we offer after hour emergency services. With Eastview Veterinary Clinic , your pet's total health is our first priority.

Heartworm Disease Overview Canine heartworm disease is caused by the worm Dirofilaria immitis that lives in the blood vessels leading from the heart to the lungs. The presence of these worms causes strain to the heart and an intense reaction in the blood vessels. This parasite is transmitted by mosquitoes. For this reason, heartworm disease is more common in warm, humid areas of the world.
