Fehn’s 1891 House Restaurant is located at 449 Delaware Avenue in Dayton‚ Tennessee and is only a short distance from Highway 27 and downtown Dayton. We sit at the base of Dayton Mountain and are surrounded by peaceful pastures. The House was built in 1891 by Dayton Coal & Iron Company and once served as a Catholic school for the worker’s children. The ground floor has since been converted to dining rooms and kitchen‚ seating up to 60 guests. The upstairs guest room can also be rented‚ by request. The house is owned and operated by Don and Colleen Fehn. They are third generation restaurateurs‚ who both grew up in family-owned restaurants. They carefully pick their ingredients for the best quality and prepare the meals themselves each day.
