Ky Lakeside Travel, LLC is a fully accredited and passenger safety conscious bus company that still puts emphasis on quality service.

We know that safety is more than just a 9 to 5 job and as a family owned and operated business, our owner-drivers are dedicated, caring and experienced.

KY Lakeside Travel, LLC was formed by Gene 'n' Donna Gaston with their son Bryce Gaston. And later joined by their daughter & son in law Jeannie & Bill Snyder. Our family has a combined total of 50 + yrs experience in the transportation industry; 35 of those focused on coaches!

The idea of KY Lakeside Travel began to grow when the motorcoach company our family was employed by started deteriorating with unsafe coaches, unfair customer treatment, and poor customer service. We knew OUR customers deserved better and we aim to see that they get it!

With us, your safety is our #1 priority! We own our own full service maintenance facility, servicing our coaches as well as the needs of other bus companies. This enables us to ensure that our coaches are properly maintained and serviced.

In addition, we have formed good, close working relationships with most of our friends/competitors in the bus business in & out of our immediate area! So chances are, if we don't have a bus available for your group,we know someone who does!

Since opening day we have continuously added and upgraded our equipment, while still maintaining the same level of service.

We will do everything we can to get your group safely where they need to go! Our office hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST but, we answer your calls 24/7 so we are available when needed!

Gene and Donna, Thank you for the great service you offered to the University of Tennessee Ice Vols Hockey team on their recent trip to the National tournament in Rochester, Minnesota. You saved the day from being what would have been a huge disappointment to end the season. It was so nice of you to then attend the games, cheer on our boys, and even offer a "pep talk" to keep the team moral high! That kind of service is priceless!! My name is Drew Johnson and I'm booking transportation for my fraternity's formal on the weekend of April 3rd-5th. We used your company 2 years ago and we would love to use you guys again. We would need 2 buses to leave from Vanderbilt University in Nashville at midnight on Thursday April 2nd. We would be driving down to either Panama City, FL or some other town on the Panhandle. We would depart for Nashville Sunday morning. We would obviously provide rooms and any other needs the drivers have. If you could contact me by phone or email with availability I would appreciate it.

The University of Tennessee IceVols is currently planning its travel arrangements for the upcoming season. We have 3 or 4 trips where we would require a bus. We are interested in doing business with Lakeside Travel again, as we had a positive experience with you last year. I have an description of these upcoming trips in a word document.
