Well, we've been dreaming about this week, trying to figure out what would help you. We were thinking -- foot massage, full body -- after a hard day at the mall on Black Friday. So, we decided to do a special on our massage services at $10 off any hour massage (or longer); $5 off any half hour, noon to five. Then we thought, "Why not start your Holiday off on a note of feeling relaxed and well?" We extended our Black Friday special to all day Wednesday, Nov. 24. We are adding in upgrades, 10% off gift certificates, products, and some special holiday baskets.

Mind and Meditation: Free Class
The Ayurveda Center is proud to sponsor another introductory class to the Art of Living course. This FREE Mind and Meditation class will be on Monday, November 29, 2010, 7-8 PM. Madhan Anand will be teaching the class, the objective being to introduce people to the benefits of meditation and the practice of Sudarshan Kriya, a powerful breathing method that just propels you into a meditative state.
