Cybertek Computer Solutions is a full service computer technology company providing service and support on most brands of computers, including Apple Macintosh. We maintain an inventory of common computer parts and accessories and have access to thousands more items. The owners, Robert Goepel and Frankie Ramsey, each have many years experience in computer sales and service. We welcome the opportunity to work with you on all your computing needs.
We understand that computers can often be a source of frustration. We can help eliminate much of this frustration. When something goes wrong, our knowledgeable technicians can quickly find the problem and correct it. If parts are required to complete the repair, we usually have them in stock. Our repair and support services can be performed at our office in Jonesborough or at your location in the Tri-Cities area.
