Jury: Garrison guilty of second-degree murder
ELIZABETHTON Wendi Garrison was once again convicted of second-degree murder in the March 25, 2005, shooting death of her boyfriend Joshua Perry. The latest verdict came at 3:30 p.m. Friday after the jury had deliberated for more than two days.
