ARC Cedar Park wowed a Williamson County EMS team earlier this month with a solid emergency preparedness plan and kit.

Twelve ARC physicians representing seven specialties are featured in the December, 2010 issue of Texas Monthly in its seventh annual list of Texas Super Doctors. Honored are Drs. Diane Brinkman, Hans Haydon, Larry Kravitz, Kevin Kriesel, Walter Kuhl, Joseph Leary, Howard Marcus, David McFarland, Janet Mitchell, Rebecca Mouser, William Otto, and Ross Prochnow.

Austin Regional Clinic will extend the weekend hours for the three After Hours Clinics beginning Saturday, November 6. After Hours Clinics at ARC Far West, ARC Round Rock, and ARC Southwest will offer services on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., extending the current hours in Round Rock and Southwest beyond 12 noon.

ARC and Covenant Management Systems (CMS) presented checks to three local non-profit organizations on October 18, proceeds from the first-ever Employee Cook-Off and Cookbook sales. The Austin Humane Society, Capital Area Food Bank, and the Austin Division of the March of Dimes were the three recipients chosen by ARC/CMS employees. Two ARC Physicians Help A Young Mother Through A Cancer Diagnosis That Complicated An Otherwise Routine Pregnancy

The diagnosis and care provided by Dr. Michelle Gooch (MPT OB) and Dr. Achal Dhruva (ENT, FWMT) helped a young mother with cancer successfully deliver her baby this summer.
