We spare no expense when it comes to quality and reliability. Our inventory has been built on the philosophy of providing the best equipment the world has to offer. We have not looked at sacrificing quality and reliability for price and we continue to purchase the highest quality LED and projection equipment in the world.
I-MAG was an early pioneer of HD Production starting with Frampton Live from Detroit in 1999 and following with Clint Holmes Live at Harrah's in Las Vegas. HD gives your production the highest quality video format available today and our large inventory of HD equipment creates the closest experience to being there!
With over twenty years experience in the music and entertainment business, I-MAG Video serves a diverse client list through its capital investment. We retain one of the largest inventories of high resolution indoor/outdoor LED, creative LED, digital projection, image processing, flight, HD cameras, and switching packages.
In 2004, I-MAG Video made a giant leap forward into the history books. We took our skills in video production to another level. In a few short weeks, four only, we created a show of global proportions! Gathering equipment from the United States and Europe, in a joint venture with Beijing News and Press, created the show titled, "Wall of Hope 2004" in Beijing, China.
The "Wall of Hope 2004" was a commemoration concert for the 20th anniversary of the restoration of the Great Wall. With roughly 10,000 in attendance, this was the first pop concert at the Great Wall, and I-MAG Video was the backbone for production.
The show included acts from, Boys to Men, Cindy Lauper, Alicia Keys, and many more. I-MAG Video created a kaleidoscopic visual phenomena through a wonderfully balanced blend of LED technology, creative direction, 17 camera HD recording, and 5.1 surround sound.
On July 17th, 1999 Peter Frampton took the stage in Pine Knob, Michigan giving one of the best performances of his stellar career! It was captured for posterity as one of the earliest rock concert HD recordings, and I-MAG Video produced it!
"It was incredibly rewarding," said I-MAG Video President, Steven C Daniels, "developing an idea, getting Peter on board, producing, then finally, editing. I got to see this project every step of the way, and it turned out great for everyone!" I-MAG Video provided seven HD cameras, two giant Jibs, a track dolly, and a one-off HD truck.
To date, the DVD has sold over 200,000 units and will go down as one of the leading HD concerts, of all time. Live in Detroit has been heralded as, "An absolute must for any Peter Frampton fan! It's fantastic!" It was a ground-breaking HD production, but not so much for I-MAG Video: our HD production experience dates back to 1988!
Peter Frampton: Live in Detroit is just one of hundreds of historic productions from I-MAG Video's impressive production resume, with many more to come.
