Again this year we shall be worshipping together with Christ Church Cathedral, on Thanksgiving Eve at 6 pm. This year Pastor Dan Phifer will be the preacher. A meal will be served following the service which has turkey, etc. The cost is $10 per person and you must call Christ Church at (615) 255-7729 to make your reservation by Monday, Nov. 22.

Got AN Extra Coat? Reclaiming L small group is collecting gently used clean coats of all sizes for our outreach project, "Coats for Cold". Over the next three weeks, please donate a coat for this worthy cause. Just hang it up on the coat rack in the narthex or in the hallway by the Chapel on Nov 7th or 14th. We will deliver them to our local mission for distribution to those in need before the winter weather sets in for real. We thank you for helping us. God bless you all!

Confirmation Class Students begin their study at 9:30 am. The plan is to meet every second and forth Sunday for Class. Classes are offered for students 12 years old and older. Parents promise at a child's baptism to bring the child up in the Christian faith, teaching the Creed, the Lord's Prayer, the Ten Commandments. If you would like more information on the class contact the church office. Our primary teacher is Dr. Denny Blake.

These pictures are from Pastor Ann at Peace Lutheran in Spring Hill. Our pleasant little curve of the Harpeth River became a raging torrent last weekend. We have some work to do.
