Trauger & Tuke practices general civil and corporate law in Nashville and throughout the southeastern United States.
The firm's principal strengths are in complex business litigation and transactions, civil dispute resolution, corporate and securities law, health care law, public policy and administrative law, employment law, and intellectual property disputes. We have served as special counsel to the State of Tennessee and various departments and agencies. We strive to meet the highest standards of service for our clients.
We also believe that we have a responsibility to the community as a whole. Our lawyers have taught at Vanderbilt Law School, led the negotiations to relocate the Tennessee Titans to Nashville, chaired the election campaigns of Nashville's past Mayor and current Governor, served as legal counsel to Tennessee's Governor and one of Tennessee's United States Senators, and headed major charitable and bench and bar organizations.
