The HealthCare Center at West Meade Place delivers quality long-term care in a warm, professional manner. Ours is a flexible, interdisciplinary approach to healthcare, centered around caregiver compassion and delivered in a comfortable, homelike setting.
Our 120 bed facility offers both skilled(rehab) and intermediate(long term) care. We have both private and semi private rooms. We currently offer a 14 bed unit specifically for orthopedic patients coming from the hospital. These are all private rooms. We are looking to expand that number in the near future.
We serve the healthcare needs of patients and residents of all ages through a full spectrum of extended care services. Our team custom-tailors programs to meet each patients specific needs.
