Welcome to our home! We believe that you will find the comfort you seek in our beautiful House of Worship. We are a vibrant congregation strengthened by empowered individuals and families of every description. Our Temple is committed to warm welcomes, mutual responsibility, meaningful relationships and respect for diversity.
Since our beginnings in 1851, The Temple has been the heart of Reform Judaism for Nashville's Jewish community. No matter which path you traveled to Judaism, here you will find a place of sacred encounter with God. Here is a place that embraces the tradition of our ancestors and immerses that tradition into the world in which we live.
Here you will find a place of study for all ages, a learning environment committed to excellence. You will find programs both substantive and relevant to modern Jewish life. Here we seek to ensure that our children will be inspired, and that they will convey that spirituality to their children and grandchildren.
This is a place filled with God's spirit and human kindness. You will find that we believe that social justice is the core of Jewish tradition, and you will see our commitment to our responsibility to help repair the world.
We believe that you will find something significant here. Please accept this sincere invitation to visit us, learn about us, and pray with us.
