Our mission at LNT Interior Design is to create beautiful, well designed spaces that can be lived in and comfortable for our clients and their families. This mission does not exclude the finer things such as original art, handmade or antique rugs, antiques and custom furniture but includes them in a way that is inviting.

LNT is a full service interior design firm with capabilities from the planning stage to the last accessory. Leslie herself has 16 years experience in the design field working in every capacity of interior design. Leah brings in a fresh perspective to design as well as experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) which helps with space planning and helping clients to better visualize their space.

LNT realizes that each project is a very personal experience for every client. Working with a designer that listens and understands each client individually is important. This is how good business and personal relationships are made.

After graduating from Auburn university in 1992 and spending 7 years working under two separate professional interior designers, Leslie Newpher opened her own business in 1999. Leslie Tachek, as she is now known, has been specializing in high end residential interior design and new construction finishes and has built a full service design firm that can take her clients from the planning stage to the last accessory and everywhere in between.

1988-1992: BS Auburn University Interiors and Housing
1996: Passed rigorous NCIDQ exam to become a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers

Leah possesses a natural and open sense of design combined with a good business mind. With these two attributes she is able to take on any project that may come her way. Leah has a fresh perspective on interiors that allows her to pull together a clients personal style with good design. Leah is also very talented in bringing your ideas out visually with her expert drawings and experience with CAD.

As the owner of this almost 10 year old business and having been an interior designer for 16 years, I have not run across a more competent, talented new designer until I met Leah. I am confident you will be seeing much of her work in design magazines to come.

I asked my builder to recommend an interior designer for my new home project in Nashville. I told him I needed someone who is decisive and who knows what they are doing. He highly recommended Leslie for the job. I simply asked her to design my house as if it was her own and gave her complete control of the project so that her talents were unrestrained. Leslie was very easy to work with and I could not be happier with the end results. She did a beautiful job.

I love working with Leslie. She knows immediately what will work and what won't work and has the fortitude to tell. My husband and I have very divergent tastes, and somehow, Leslie was able to find materials and colors that we both loved. I'm amazed at her sense of color! Though I swore I would never use a designer, I can honestly say I am thoroughly dependent upon her because she has great taste and doesn't waste your time.
