Fain Storm Shelters is one of the oldest and largest precast
concrete storm shelter companies in the south. We are
family owned and operated business. Our home office is
located in Jackson, Tennessee, and this is also where the
storm shelters are manufactured. Our company has been
in the business of manufacturing, selling, and installing
concrete storm shelters for more than three generations.

Here at Fain Storm Shelters, we specialize in prefabricated
(precast) concrete storm shelters. Today, there are a lot of
materials out there for making storm shelters, but the
question is "How long do they last?". With concrete there
is no deterioration. Concrete will be there for decades.

Our storm shelters are built to meet or exceed FEMA
specifications and The National Performance Criteria,
and have withstood the forces of an F-4 tornado.

The storm shelters are delivered and installed in one day. Once installation is complete, the shelter is ready for
