We at Songwriters offer friendly, professional services at very affordable rates. Because we are a residential studio, the setting is relaxed and comfortable. A no pressure, we want you to feel at home atmosphere. And no matter how small or large your project, we give it the same care and attention to detail we do our own.
Providing Knoxville TN and the surrounding area since 1994 with 24 track recording, state of the art equipment, and the engineering expertise you'll appreciate.

FEATURES and SERVICES
The studio includes a five piece drum kit for use by our clients, as well as a Alesis QS-8, 88 note weighted action keyboard, and a Roland GR-1 guitar synthesizer. We have a fairly extensive array of microphones, processors and three environments for 24 track recording, including Alesis Adat, Alesis HD24 and Digital Performer 4.6 on a Machintosh dual core computer

Free in-house musician service available if needed, ( guitar, bass, drum machine programming ). Jamie Graves, a very reputable area keyboard player/composer has recently joined the Songwriters team with the option for you to have anything from a simple piano part to full blown orchastrated tracks for your material. He's very easy to work with and we're pleased to have him on board.We have networking available from musicians in New York City also, for live horns etc. to embelish the sequenced tracks even furthur if desired.

We now offer in-house digital mastering complements of IK Multimedia and Izotope within Digital Performer and Bias Peak software environments. For vocal pitch correction we utilize TC Work's Intonator and Melodyne by Celemony and have a hardware version available by Anteres.
