Welcome to ALL Appraisal Services. We are located in Southern Middle Tennessee, south of Nashville. Our office consists of four Certified Residential Appraisers, two of which are FHA /USDA/Rural Development approved. We also have two Certified General Commercial Appraisers, one whom is a member of the NEBB and capable of appraising equipment and one is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute working towards his MAI. We have three full-time office assistants to answer your calls and assist with your needs. With 12 years of experience in the business, we have a proven track record of providing thorough, quality appraisals which are easily understood by underwriters thus reducing lenders time, efforts and costs in managing the appraisal process.

Our investment in training and technology has helped our customers greatly reduce their workload. By offering on-line appraisal ordering, coupled with automatic report status updates and electronic delivery of the final product, we are able to eliminate the run around and phone tag hassles associated with this process. And since this process saves us money as well, we can keep our rates competitive with anybody in the industry.
