Located in the beautiful setting of Corryton, Tennessee, Family Medical Care Center, (FMCC), was established to serve the health care needs of Knox and surrounding Counties. We welcome the opportunity to serve you and your family. FMCC is dedicated to quality and excellence in providing primary and preventive health care.

FMCC Office is in the Gibbs Center near the Emory Road and Tazewell Pike Intersection, near IGA, CVS and next to Subway.

For your convenience, FMCC offers Digital X-Ray. These imaging tests are conducted by certified technicians and the results are interpreted by board-certified specialists as needed.

Ultrasounds are ordered, scheduled and performed at this office. The services are provided by Contract Health Services, Inc.

Jamie Jones, FNP-BC was a key member in the design of Family Medical Care Center, LLCwith the goal of serving the Corryton Community and surrounding areas. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, where she was a Distinguished Military Graduate. She completed her Masters of Nursing at Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee where she received the 2007 MSN Achievement Award. She is a Member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the East Tennessee Association of Advanced Practice Nurses. Jamie has an Honorable Discharge as a Captain after serving in the United States Army Nurse Corp. Jamie and her husband Hal enjoy their five children, horses, travel, and mission trips.

Sarah LeVan, FNP-BC recieved her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters degrees from Carson-Newman College graduating Magna Cum Laude.She has extensive experience in family practice, urgent care andcritical caremedicine. Sarah is a memeber of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, East Tennessee Association of Advanced Practice Nurses and The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.She enjoysreading, spending time with her family, and a multitude of outdoor activities.Sarah servesthe community by using herskillfor the treatment of patients of all ages in prevention, education, evaluation and management.
