Founded in 1985, Century II is one of the nation’s oldest and Tennessee’s largest Professional Employer Organizations (PEO). As Tennessee’s recognized leader in outsourced human resource services, Century II works with our clients to increase productivity and enhance profitability through efficient outsourcing of employee administration. We provide human capital management consultation, benefits administration, risk management, and human resource services, as well as payroll services.

Century II handles those responsibilities typically managed by a personnel or human resources department. Our client companies are in a wide variety of industries, ranging in size from small professional groups with as few as five employees to larger multi-site, multi-state corporations with as many as 300 employees. Currently, Century II provides a wide array of human resource services to clients with approximately 4,000 employees in over 40 states. Using sophisticated technology and high-touch management techniques, Century II has one of the highest retention rates in the industry of over 90%.

Kelly Roy has been named Vice President of the Board for Waves, Inc. A non-profit organization in Franklin, TN that provides a broad range of support and services to adults and children with developmental disabilities.

Century II will be kicking off their Annual United Way campaign on Monday September 21st. This years campaign will feature various agency tours, a "Time & Talent" auction as well as a managment sponsored lunch. All proceeds going to United Way

Century II has partnered with Royal Oak Rewards, a restaurant & dining incentive program, as another way to give back to their community.
