You only need to have a digital camera of resolution 1 mega pixel or greater and a computer with internet access. Lending, Leasing and Insurance institutions nationwide closely monitor homes, cars, commercial property, businesses, trucks, RVs, boats, or any entity requiring financing or insurance. These institutions need to have updated and accurate information on the condition of this property continuously, so that they can arrive at an accurate valuation.
Since most financing, insurance policies, mortgages, leases, etc. are now completed online, or via 800 telephone numbers, the need for these institutions on a local basis has decreased dramatically. It is just not cost effective for them to have their own staff in every single town (zip code) in the United States.
