Mitchell's Body Shop, Inc traces its history to 1952 when Robert S. Mitchell completed his Veterans Training program and began doing business as Mitchell's Body Shop in Bemis, Tennessee. Second generation, Bob Mitchell, son of founder Robert S. Mitchell, ran the business from 1987 to 2010. The company is now run by Andy Spence, son-in-law of Bob Mitchell, the third generation. Andy is President and General Manager. He has been with the company for 10 years. Andy has extensive management training in Collision Management and is an ASE Certified Estimator. Mitchell's Body Shop, Inc. meets or exceeds the criteria set forth by the Collision Industry Congress for a Class A Collision Repair Facility.
