Welcome to the Family Care Connection Family Care Connection's goal is to provide carefully, selected individuals with a broad range of services to care for infants, children and adults in your home. They are called "Caregivers" because they are actively seeking to provide the finest possible care for your family on a temporary, permanent, part time, full time, live-in or live-out basis. You will feel comfortable and and confident as you trust these respected "Caregivers" with your precious family.

Membership We hold current memberships in The International Nanny Association and the Brentwood and Nashville Chambers of Commerce.

Our Caregivers We select applicants based on maturity, work experiences, reliability, love of people and personal presentation. Caregivers must be 21 years or older, have passed thorough criminal background checks, been drug tested, have completed a lengthy application with verifiable work references received, complete our interview process and then successfully pass our orientation courses.
