This was my first time calling a 24/7 emergency restoration company, and I had no idea what to expect. What I found was a team willing to go the extra mile for me and help me out of a tough situation. I’m happy we worked together – y’all did a great job!

We needed a general restoration contractor after our main floor flooded due to a faulty toilet connection. The problem wasn’t bad – but being away from home on vacation for a week while our home slowly filled with water was very bad. The floorboards were warped by the time we got home. We called our insurance company, and the guy from Water Mold Fire Restoration of Nashville was calling us within 10 minutes asking for our address. They worked fast, were respectful and friendly and went the extra mile with their work. I’m very happy with my new floors -great job!
