Many event planners I have spoken with say a very important thing they are looking for in an inflatable supplier is someone who they can show where to set the games up and then walk away. In other words a company that is hands off so to speak. An inflatable company that isnt going to bug them to death as they are busy with other things. A company that is experienced enough to solve their own problems and figure out what needs to be done. That is also something my company specializes in. The number one problem I have heard out there very frequently is a prior experience with another company didnt have the equipment delivered or setup in time for the start of their event. I hear that ALL the time. That seems to be a very important thing a potential customer is looking for. That is our speciality. I am a stickler for being on time or early. Customers should also know that we specialize in package deals. In many cases we have a minimum rental. That varies though on the day of the week, time of the year, and delivery location.
