While vaccines save lives and prevent suffering, there is a risk of injury with vaccination and sometimes adverse reactions to routine vaccines ocurr.  To assist the unfortunate individuals who have adverse reactions, Congress developed a no-fault alternative to the traditional tort system for resolving vaccine injury claims known as the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program ("VICP"). The VICP is funded by a tax on each does of vaccine purchased and has paid millions of dollars in claims. We represent people all over the country with vaccine injury claims in the VICP.  The claims are filed with a court in Washington D.C. where our vaccine trial attorneys are admitted to practice.   Attorneys from the U.S. Department of Justice defend the claims, which are many times tried before a special master who acts much like a judge. While you can represent yourself, we do not recommend it. The legal and scientific issues can be very complex and it is best to hire an attorney experienced in handling these claims.  Our firm does not charge you anything for our services and our fees do not come out of money that we recover for you.  We seek our fees and costs from the VICP fund.
