Dr. Christopher J. Klugewicz, formerly of Tennessee Heart Rhythm Center in Johnson City, has relocated to Chattanooga and is now part of UT-Erlanger Cardiology, a full-service cardiology group based at Erlanger Medical Center in downtown Chattanooga. Erlanger is closely affiliated with the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and serves as the primary teaching hospital for the Chattanooga campus.
Dr. Klugewicz is once again available for office and inpatient consultations and interventional electrophysiology procedures in the state-of-the art cardiac laboratory at Erlanger.

Dr. Klugewicz is accepting new patients and would very pleased to continue to provide care to former patients from Johnson City. However, if a patient would prefer to transfer care to another physician, records from Tennessee Heart Rhythm Center may be obtained by contacting Dr. Klugewicz’s office and completing a signed request form.
